Refund Policy

This page explains the refund policy applicable to all products and services purchased from Kumaraswami.com and its parent brand, KAS Marketing.
All products and services sold through this website or any website associated with the Kumaraswami.com brand are governed by the following refund terms.


Payment Errors

If a customer encounters a payment gateway error while making a purchase, they will be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The payment was deducted but the transaction did not complete successfully

  • The customer was charged twice for the same product or service

In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Product & Service Delivery

If Kumaraswami or KAS Marketing fails to deliver a purchased product or service within the specified delivery timeline, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.

Delivery Timelines

  • Consulting / Digital Marketing Services – Within 30 days from receipt of the first payment

  • Physical Products (books, pen drives, workbooks, etc.) – Within 20 days of payment

  • Online Digital Products – Within 7 days of payment

Failure to deliver within the above timelines makes the customer eligible for a 100% refund.


Physical Products

Physical products shipped via courier (including books, workbooks, study materials, pen drives, and similar items) are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Product is not delivered within 20 days of payment

  • Product is damaged upon delivery

  • Product is defective or not functioning as intended

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction.

If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, a refund will be issued, provided the product has not yet been shipped.


Refund Policy – Digital Products

Digital products include (but are not limited to) online courses, video tutorials, ebooks, downloadable resources, recorded workshops, live webinars, and other digital learning materials.

Due to the intangible and instantly accessible nature of digital products, refunds are strictly limited to the following cases.

Eligible for Refund

A refund will be considered only if:

  • The digital product is not delivered or accessible within 7 days of successful payment

  • A technical issue from our side prevents access to the product and remains unresolved despite reasonable support efforts

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of satisfaction or expectation mismatch

  • Partial or full consumption of the digital product

  • User-side issues such as device, internet, or login problems that are not reported promptly

  • Accidental or mistaken purchases without immediate communication

Once access to a digital product is provided, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on the payment gateway and bank processing time
